Residents of a house in Berlin apparently not - because they have now called the cops, because the crying neighbor child bothered her so much. This emerges from a notice board, which has now published the website "Notes of Berlin", which regularly posts strange signs and notes.

In the letter, the screaming child (or rather, his parents) reports how surprised it was when suddenly uniformed officers with service pistols stood in front of them.
