Kanye West: Even Donald Trump finds the rapper "special"

Not many stars speak positively to US President Donald Trump (72). But one thing is for sure: Rapper Kanye West (41, "Gold Digger") seems to be completely blown away by the statesman. At a meeting in the White House, the musician fell overwhelmingly into the arms of the 72-year-old on Thursday. His hymn of praise was then followed by a declaration of love.

The occasion of the meeting was the new bill "Music Modernization Act", the Trump under the eyes of numerous guests, including Kid Rock (47, "Rock N Roll Jesus"), signed. The reform should allow musicians in the age of Spotify and Co. fair and transparent remuneration. But the act of signing became a side issue with the appearance of Kanye West.

Flattering Schwafelei

To express his thoughts and feelings, reality TV star Kim Kardashian's husband (37, "Keeping Up With the Kardashians") held a monologue long in the Oval Office. His topics: mixed colors. West jumped from the pharmaceutical industry to the crimes in Chicago to his personal mental state.

Even Donald Trump was speechless. He called the US rapper a "special guy," but at the same time rowing back with the label "genius." No wonder, finally, the 41-year-old showed him in the flow of information a picture of a futuristic aircraft and said: "in such a thing should fly our President."

Real men friendship?

Not just in words, Kanye West expressed his support. At the official White House appointment, the rapper in a red baseball cap read Trump's campaign slogan: "Make America Great Again." Why he had opted for this eye-catching accessory? "When I put on this cap, I felt like Superman," the musician explained his choice. At the end of the monologue, then the grand finale, including an intimate embrace for Trump: "I love this guy!"

President Trump thanks Kanye and Chance the Rapper (May 2024).
