Gerhard Schröder: Celebrity guests at his wedding party in Berlin
The South Korean Soyeon Kim (49), fifth wife of former Chancellor Gerhard Schröder (74), had announced it in July in an interview with the magazine "Bunte": "We celebrate our real wedding on October 5 in Berlin." And numerous celebrities from politics and showbiz have accepted the invitation.

Photos, which are available to the "Bild" newspaper, among others, show Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier (62) with wife Elke Büdenbender (56), star chef Alfons Schuhbeck (69) and Hannover 96 President Martin Kind (74) and Scorpions singer Klaus Meine (70) on the way to the celebrations in the Berlin Nobel Hotel Adlon. "The Cave of the Lions" investor Carsten Maschmeyer (59) and his wife, the actress Veronica Ferres (53, "The Super Wife") were also part of the party.
Russian President Vladimir Putin, 65, was absent and is currently visiting New Delhi, India.
Since 2 May 2018 Schröder and Kim are a married couple. Married was in her hometown Seoul. For the former SPD politician it is the fifth marriage. With his fourth wife, Doris Schröder-Köpf (55), he adopted two children. Soyeon Kim has a daughter from her first marriage.
