Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry: Her wedding chorus will debut in November with debut album

It was certainly the most romantic moment of Royal Wedding on May 19: to the sounds of "Stand By Me" by Ben E. King held Duchess Meghan (37) and Prince Harry (34) in the chapel of Windsor Castle hands, looked Deep in the eyes and smiled in love. The classic was sung by "The Kingdom Choir" under the guidance of gospel icon Karen Gibson. A breathtaking performance that not only earned the choir a great deal of recognition but later also a record deal.

Now the choir starts with a new video for the song "Blinded By Your Grace, Pt.2". Not a month later, on November 9, 2018, followed by the debut album "Stand By Me". The 16 songs on it are a mix of pop hits like "All Of Me" by John Legend (39), Beyoncé's (37) "Halo" or "Fix you" by Coldplay and traditional gospel tunes like "Amazing Grace" or "Say A Little Prayer ".

Founding was already in 1996

The choir can already look back on a proud history. Already in 1996 choir director Karen Gibson founded him. Later performances were followed by Queen Elizabeth II (92), Nelson Mandela (1918-2013) and Bill Gates (62) and collaborations with stars such as Elton John (71) and the Spice Girls.

But the final international breakthrough was provided by Royal Wedding. The invitation was Gibson's first joke: "I called the choir members," she says. "I said, 'Uh, can you, May 19, I can not say what it's about, but put the date on Google ...'."
