To stand up for oneself and ask for one's own value in a fluffy way will hopefully be easier for you after my workshop. It takes two to tango? According to this motto, you will be fit in the money negotiation: from calling to negotiating with the different dance partners, dealing with a grain or when you are kicked, to the respectful final applause. May I ask for a negotiation tango!
How can I effectively network, even if I'm shy?
Make two to three small goals, e.g. to sit down at a table for the first time, a speaker who you find very good or just 'hello, how are you?' to say to your seatmate in the workshop. And in case of doubt, come to my stand and get a short speed coaching, that makes it easier and gives you self-confidence.
If you are unsure, how do you make a choice between options?
I listen to my stomach. If I listen carefully, I know what the best decision is for me, then I meet her and stand by it. Usually after a long pondering it turns out that the first thought was the right one. Trust yourself and your belly!
And if everything is just too much, how do you get a moment to breathe deeply?
Ui, I can understand that degree super, here is the bear buzzing, I'm super on the way and my mom had a stroke, which luckily went out extremely well? Puuuuuh! In fact, I'm just taking a short nap when it's time to go, sitting in my backyard as often as possible, looking stupid in the air and breathing in and out and in and out and in and out. Not only is this life-prolonging, it also helps to keep track and recharge your batteries. In addition, I look closely what I really do now and what can wait.
