Bristle down and boil: You'll be amazed what this toothbrush will do!

We would not have thought it now, but in every toothbrush there's the potential to become a cool 80's retro bangle. Youtuber Katrinaosity explains in her video how exactly this works:

In just three steps, the old toothbrushes become stylish pieces of jewelery:

1. Cut off bristles

The best way to do that is with sharp scissors, or pull the bristles out with pliers.

2. Toothbrush in pot with boiling water to throw

The brush does not even have to stay in it long - 10 to 20 seconds should be enough.

3. Bring the soft brush into the appropriate shape

It is best to use a potholder or a dishcloth to help you avoid burning your hand. The toothbrush plastic is now for a moment very soft and malleable and only has to be bent to the perfect Amreif.

Voila - ready!
