Tips for in between
For a good digestion: In Ayurveda, the first digestive stage takes place in the mouth. Therefore, before eating, the tongue should be rotated three times between the teeth and lips in the right direction - so the salivation starts immediately.
Breathe properly: Especially in stress situations, we often breathe too shallow, the body does not get enough oxygen. Laying your hand on your stomach will automatically lower your breathing - even sighing or yawning can help. Or: Put on the window and stretch extensively so that the ribcage widens.
At low moods: Close your eyes and imagine a beautiful situation in every detail - for example, a special view of the sea or the mountains.
