Ask the right questions - and your life will change

Nobel laureate Alexis Carrell (? 1944) once said: "It does not matter to give life more years, but more life over the years". How right he is! If we are honest, we move the things we really want, but always further and further back. We always find a reason why we can not be happy right now. That is fatal! Without realizing it, the best years of our lives pass. Only when it is too late, we look ruefully back on what we have missed. Time to turn the wheel of fortune and actively steer our lives in the right direction. It all starts with focusing on the essentials. With these questions:

The self-invention questions

No matter in which areas of life: Knowing yourself helps you ALWAYS. The most important questions: What do I need to feel comfortable? What do I really want to achieve in life? (And what can I do TODAY for this?) And most importantly, to learn from it: What has made me happy in my life so far?

The relationship questions

Whether single or permanent: The most important question we should ask in terms of love is: "What is important to me in a relationship?" With the help of the answers, we can either better search for the right man or set new impulses in our relationship. Compromises? Sure, they always have to go down in love. But we must not lose sight of what touches our heart. Which makes us laugh, radiate, swarm.

The job questions

Almost half of the Germans are unhappy in their job. How to break out of the hamster wheel? Instead, "Why do I have to have such a lousy job?" Should we ask ourselves, "What can I do to improve my situation?" More concretely, this means: "What can I change in my current job" or "Which job would be more fun for me?" Only those who ask themselves questions that produce solutions can make a difference.

Write down the answers!

Writing something down helps to internalize it. Therefore, we should not only ask the right questions, but keep our written answers in mind. If you want, you can hang the list on the fridge or on the whiteboard. This is a constant reminder of his priorities. According to the motto: "Hello I am your luck - please let me into your life ..."
