Non-binding sex strengthens the self-confidence

Non-committal sex is good for your health. That's what a New York University (NYU) study says. The researchers studied students who were open to "casual sex" for 12 weeks and those who were not. The unsurprising result was that the students who passed through the fellow students' beds without obligation were more self-confident, less anxious and less likely to be depressed.

So, non-committal sex for singles is scientifically proven a good thing.

And now? Should you have more one-night stalls, affairs, and quickies when you have little sexual activity? Studies have also shown that eating vegetables and drinking water is healthy.

Sex is a very personal thing. He is not only physical, he always has to do with a person's personality. Not everyone is emotionally healthy to have non-committal sex. Others feel pressured by such studies because they like having loose sex but are too shy. Some singles are happy with solo sex and some live quite well without it. Good is what does the individual good.

And is it really the case that people who have non-committal sex are better off? Maybe it's the other way around: people who are "more confident, less anxious and less likely to be depressed" often have loose sex. Or?
