Lucifer: Lead actor Tom Ellis indicates a fifth season
German serial junkies have been enjoying the fourth season of "Lucifer" since May 9th. While the ten new episodes are available on Amazon Prime Video in one go, inviting them to join Bingen, devil worshipers are already wondering in front of the screens how the series could go on. Hopes for a speedy fifth season recently made Lucifer alias Tom Ellis (40) personally.
He was addressed in an interview with the page "Collider" directly on new episodes after season four and made - cautiously optimistic - courage: "I have the feeling that I want to tell without spoilers that we have not yet told our story to the end. ( ...) I think we all would love to come back and do a fifth season, we just have to wait and see what Netflix says. "
Said streaming provider secured last year, the rights to "Lucifer" after the station Fox had discontinued the series because of bad odds. Probably that is why the main actor Tom Ellis does not want to lean too far out of the window when it comes to the question of more seasons.
