What's this? Drinks in small vials or powders for stirring, which slow down cravings. Active ingredient is glucomannan, a natural fiber from the roots of the Asian konjac plant.
This is how it works: Glucomannan swells in the stomach and saturates - it then fits less pure. Recommended are up to three portions per day, for example, before a main meal or against the small hunger in between.
That's how it works: Those who do not overdo it with calories then have a good chance of getting leaner. The goal would be to get along without these drinks with only three meals a day, which are high in fiber and filling.

Cryolipolysis
