1. Blow on the little balloons.
2. Stir the plaster.
3. Dip a balloon into the gypsum compound and place it on baking paper.
4. After 24 hours, the whole thing is dry and the balloon can be cut open.
5. Fold tissue paper, cut into thin strips and place in the bowl.
