Crochet your heart - a small message of love made of wool

We start the crocheted heart with a string of thread. To do this, you thread the thread as you crochet between a small finger and a ring finger, wrap it around your index finger and then around your thumb. However, from the outside, to form the thread ring.

You pierce the thread ring from above, take the thread from the index finger with the needle and crochet an air mesh; so you fix the thread ring. In the thread ring you crochet five fixed stitches, two air stitches - these are important in the second round for the tip of the heart. Then again five fixed stitches and closes the thread ring with a Kettmasche in the first fixed stitch. The thread ring should now be able to pull the short thread to the desired size.

You start the next round with an air mesh. Crochet half a stick, a chopstick and two double sticks into the next set. Double sticks are crocheted with two envelopes.

The next fixed stitch is followed by three double sticks. Two sticks are crocheted into the next set of stitches and half a stick in the next set of stitches. Now you should have arrived in front of the air meshes of the top.

Crochet a stick, an air-mesh, a double stick, an air-mesh and again a chopsticks into this loop of air-mesh. Half the heart is done now.

From here the pattern is crocheted backwards and the heart is finished. In the next fixed stitch comes half a stick, followed by two sticks in the next fixed stitch. In the next fixed stitch three double sticks and at the end in the following fixed stitch two double sticks, a stick and a half stick.

The heart is closed with a chain stitch. You can either store the threads or finish the long thread with an air chain.
