PH test strips are available at the pharmacy. However, they are also included with every Bullrich Acid-Base Balance Base Tablets Pack. With them you can measure your pH, ie acidity, in the urine. Ideally, you should create your own daily profile by checking the urine pH about five times daily for a period of three days (for example, before meals and one hour after meals). Make a note of the values read and form an average value from them. This should be in the blue range (7.0? 7.4) of the scale.
