Oh, James. It just will not do anything to us. It's not that I did not try. Opportunity to succumb you, is there enough? there is always an old Bond movie on some station. My husband then gets excited every time. "Oh, look, today's JAMES BOND!" As if it were a German premiere. And I always fell for it. Moonfinger, Goldraker, Fire Royale, The Man with the Golden Octopus? I have seen them all, several times, and yet could not make a single concrete summary. That's not because of my bad memory. It's just because of the completely stupid stories. It always runs off straight away: Some villain with megalomania and strange pets wants to destroy the world. James is pursuing him. Other rogues (often blond) and other agents (often naked, hair color does not care) follow James. In between, he changes land 20 times, drops out of 15 aircraft and is almost killed 30 times, with sharks usually playing an important role. Somewhere on this desolate path I lose track. At the latest when the red divers fight against the black divers in the final, I fell asleep. No, James. No muscles help, and you can not beat me up with your crazy martini. You are too boring in the long run. A little bit of substance has to be. Eva Green actually did a good job as a Bond Girl, but you let her die right away. Maybe you should just follow her. 50 years is still a good age to make a stylish finish. And I'm looking forward to a new hero.
