William and Kate: Second child on the way
Now it's official: After much speculation, the British royal family has officially announced that Prince William and Duchess Kate are expecting a second child. The press release is brief, but once again mentions that Kate suffers from "hyperemesis gravidarum," a particularly extreme form of pregnancy sickness, and that she must therefore cancel her planned appearance in Oxford.
