We have to do so much sport to stop the aging process

Sport is the perfect way to stay young. This confirms a study from Canada with genetically modified mice. The genetic change caused the mice to age earlier. They got gray and light fur, were barren, sluggish and contact-shy. Not all, though. A part of the mice completed a 45-minute training in the impeller three times per week. The consequence: They looked younger, were more active and lived longer - despite the "programming" for early aging.

The explanation: Mitochondria, which are at fault with aging, are better able to repair themselves through regular exercise.

But there are a few questions left: How much sport is ideal to stay young? Is a marathon run good for our body? And what happens when we sleep too little, go to the solarium or drink green tea regularly? In the 14 Dos and Dont's you will learn how to stay young longer with sports and the right lifestyle.
