Study shows: sleep affects the desire for sex

Who does not know it? The day was long and exhausting, so that the desire for sex is rather limited. A cliché that is true, because fatigue is actually the most common reason why women and men renounce intimacy. A US study found that 75 percent of the 1000 participants feel too exhausted to sleep with their boyfriend or husband in the evening. But what can you do about it?

Simple: sleep! A study published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine shows that sleep affects women's desire. An extra hour more can increase the desire for sex by 14 percent.
