How healthy and fit are you?

Being healthy and fit - we all want that. And we all know that sport and a healthy lifestyle are very important to this goal. But with all good intentions: It is not always easy to live healthy and fit. Therefore, this test does not ask for self-assessment, but for tangible criteria that measure health and fitness: how quickly do you get out of breath? How persistent are your muscles, how strong are your defenses?

We developed the test in cooperation with Petra Platen, Professor of Sports Medicine and Sports Nutrition at the Ruhr University Bochum. The answers provide information about how healthy and fit you really are.
