This hot water bottle is double cuddly!

How to turn your hot water bottle into a particularly cuddly model is revealed to you by Stephanie Friedrich alias Miss Otten, saleswoman on DaWanda.

You need this:

  • Sleeve from an old pullover: about 25 cm long and 44 cm wide. Make sure it fits your hot water bottle
  • First fabric: 6 cm wide and 44 cm long
  • Second fabric: 13 cm wide and 44 cm long

That's how it works:

Check if the sleeve fits on the hot water bottle.

The two extra strips of fabric are sewn together right to right.

Of course, if you do not have overlock, you can also sew it with the normal sewing machine and sew it on with a zig-zag stitch.

Iron out the seams; If you want, you can stitch them along the seams.

Now sew the two panels together and sew over them.

Sew together the sewn-together panels right to the right with the sweater sleeve and sew over.

Turn the sewn parts together and iron out.

Attention!

The sleeve seam should be centered so that the side panels are tapered.
