Sexy and beautiful: Triple Mother rediscovers her body

To give birth to three children is already an enormous burden on a body. Melanie Vareny from Canada also got her three children within one year!

Her first son came in March 2013 and only 364 days later she gave birth (unscheduled) to twins. In between she had little time to recover from the first pregnancy - and as you can imagine, the two pregnancies left clear marks. Stretch marks, sagging skin and other nipples that bring births.

Who is this woman in the mirror?

"After the twins were born, my physical self-esteem had disappeared," says the Canadian to the Huffington Post. "I was incredibly proud of what my body had done, but when I saw myself in the mirror, I saw a stranger."

What to do? Some mothers first sign up in the gym. Melanie Varney chose a path and took part in an erotic photo shoot? together with her husband Gabby.

Varney already knew the photographer, Trina Cary, so she knew the pictures would be great. Cary was also happy about her model. Because she is concerned with the topic of changing the body? and the aczance of these changes.

The sensual images help to rediscover themselves

And indeed, great photos have been taken. Melanie and her husband were so brave to undress completely. For Varney, it was a chance to finally confront her new body.

"I could not control the angle, not retract my stomach or retouch the image, I felt vulnerable but at the same time encouraged."

And last but not least, the shoot was also a great experience for the parents as a couple. Because while she quarreled with her body, Gabby still found her very sexy. "I wanted to see myself the way my husband sees me," says Melanie Varney.

A great idea, we find, and an alternative to the usual family photos, which we have made as soon as children are there. Because after all, we are still a woman, not just a mother.
