Rami Malek: The Oscar winner had to be medically supervised

It was an eventful night for Oscar winner Rami Malek (37). Shortly after receiving the coveted "Best Actor" trophy for his portrayal of the late Queen singer Freddie Mercury (1946-1991) in the biopic "Bohemian Rhapsody" (2018), he apparently slipped close to the stage and had to go be treated by doctors at the Dolby Theater.

As the "Los Angeles Times" further reported, he could leave the venue after an initial on-site investigation independently, but with the doctors through a side entrance. Later it was confirmed that Malek did not suffer serious injuries.
