MOM-Power: So you get strength again

Most of the time, we spend our time looking after others and putting ourselves behind them. But that really does not help anyone. Because at some point Mama has to refuel! So lay down or drop off children, mobile phone aside, let five be straight and just take a little break. That can work wonders!

Home Spa

Candles on, tub full, fragrance oil in and switch off! For a more intense effect meditative or simply "chillaxende" (yes, we also learn from the children!) Turn on music. Gorgeous!

Energy Check

The doctor can use a blood test to find out if important vitamins are missing for power. Vitamin D and B may be over during the winter or prolonged periods of stress. If this is indeed the case, taking fatigue and irritability may help. Full speed ahead!



regain strength

Today there is no stressful food at work or with the kids. Looking for a break! (if the kids sleep, order sushi or eat out of the office and on the park bench) And completely calm and without disturbances your feel-good meal to you. Power strong for the next hours!

Power Walk

Ask the neighbor or your partner as soon as he comes in the door. Then go around the block, breathe the fresh air and take a close look at your surroundings. The trees, the grass, a lake or the sky. After that, you have more power for the mum list in mind and maybe on the way, without thinking, already subconsciously found a solution for one or the other problem. Indigenous peoples call the Freedom Walk and practice this consciously to find answers.Magical!



Dance Dance Dance!

Listen to music, forget yourself and dance to it. Also works with the kids as a fuel station for in between. Nobody has to look good! Legs and hands can fly - this relieves tension and improves blood circulation for extra power. Yeah!

Freedom!

Create the feeling of freedom. This can be simply a venture WITHOUT a stroller, shopping bag and Co., with a free hand, or a bike ride alone, a boat trip or a walk in the woods. Sometimes it is enough if Mama can do the shopping all by herself. Peace!

Take time out

Why not take a day off. Just like that, for yourself. Not because something is up. But simply, because you need to let yourself drift. And who does not manage to be at home, without the household and so to do, must go out and stroll. Dolce far niente!
