Millie Bobby Brown: "Stranger Things" star is against bullying

Millie Bobby Brown, 15 years old, had to change school as a young child because she was bullied. This is what Stranger Things starred in an interview with actor Orlando Bloom (42, "The Lord of the Rings") for the magazine Glamor UK. In it, she reports that she still has to deal with the then states of anxiety and situations.

Brown was named ambassador to UN Children's Fund UNICEF last November. "I was bullied at school as a kid, so fighting bullying is very important to me, so I even switched to school," she told Bloom, who is also an active UNICEF ambassador. But she was not only confronted with it at school, but also on the Internet "and it really hurts to read what some people said so."

Social media should become a better place

She became aware of the negativity of many people just because of her career in the film industry and thus learned to appreciate the love much more: "People get so much love in the social media and then focus only on hatred." They consider social media to be one of the best places in the world, told the very active Instagram user, but they also ran against themselves. She therefore has the goal to make social media "a friendly place."

In the much cited movie business, it continues with Millie Bobby Brown and the third season of "Stranger Things" on July 4, 2019. From the 30th of May on, she starred in the movie "Godzilla 2 - King of the Monsters".
