What happened only in Heather Locklear? The 'Melrose Place' star was arrested for domestic violence after he attacked his partner and verbally abused the local officials.

That supposedly happened:

As the 'Daily Mail' reports, the 56-year-old is said to have bitten her partner in the nose. And she also became palpable against the police who were called to the scene. After desperate insults, she is said to have kicked one of them.

The actress was then arrested and only released the next day for a bail amounting to about 16,000 euros. In the middle of March Locklear will also have to answer to the court. How it came to the Ausraster is still unclear.

However, this is not the first time that Locklear has made headlines. As early as 2009, she was sentenced to three years' probation for driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol. The former serial star is also said to have had time and again to do with depression and anxiety.
