Mark Wahlberg: He gets up in the middle of the night for his fitness

While others are still celebrating or sleeping soundly, Mark Wahlberg (47, "Shooter") already rings the alarm clock. In an Instagram story, the well-trained actor now posted how incredible a typical day in his life is.

Wahlberg gets up at 02:30, prays and has breakfast around 03:15. Then it goes for about 1.5 hours in the gym. During the day, he also plans several snacks and time with the family and for work. At 3:00 pm, the kids will be picked up by the school before returning to the gym for one hour at 4:00 pm. After a shower and a dinner together, it's time for the bed again at 19:30. Krass!



The right diet

But a healthy diet plays a big role in the life of the actor. Wahlberg, for example, uses protein shakes, poultry and fresh vegetables. He recently revealed on Instagram that he has already lost three turkey burgers with sweet potatoes by 4:30. Later, there should be, among other things, meatballs and grilled chicken with olives, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers and hot peppers.
