Pretty much every iPhone owner knows this: Exactly when it does not fit, a "The memory is full!" Notification blocks any further action. Photos, apps, mails? Wrong! Once the smartphone is full, it performs its tasks very cumbersome and unruly - or simply not at all.
And then you have a slightly bad conscience again: Yes, I could have deleted a few of my many photos. And in my mailbox, I never clean up properly. And anyway: Do I really need over a hundred apps, where I really only use this one?

The trick is as simple as it is ingenious: To instantly get new storage space, you just have to borrow a video that's too big on iTunes - or at least act as if.
This works best with a really long film that needs a lot of space - such an extra-long chunk like the Special Edition of "The Godfather", any "Lord of the Rings" movie in the "extended" version, or quite classic with " Gone with the wind "(four hours, that blows up every memory). The best way to select the HD version, which needs even more space.
Now two things happen in the iPhone. First, the phone notices that unfortunately there is no room, and unfortunately you will not pay the rental fee for the video. Second, the iPhone is starting to panic everywhere where it goes - in the hope of closing the deal.
And lo and behold: Suddenly, space becomes free. Lots of space. Enthusiastic users of the method even report of several gigabytes of storage space, who were suddenly on the "full" iPhone again.
