Game of Thrones: How will the fans react to the grand finale?

The world is looking forward to the final season of "Game of Thrones". In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, screenwriters and producers David Benioff, 48, and Dan Weiss, 47, have now spoken about the end of the popular HBO series. It turns out that the two are just as excited as the "GoT" fans themselves: "Of course we are worried," said Benioff.

Since season three, the end is fixed

"We want people to love the finale," the two clarify. After all, they spent over 11 years creating an optimal version. Even though they realize that there will always be people who will hate even the most optimal version. The duo also admits that they have spent a great deal - possibly too much - spending time looking after all the details. The finals they have had since the third season in mind.

If you really want to be on the Iron Throne in the end, fans will find out from April 14th. Then the starting signal for the final six episodes of the fantasy series falls.
