From Kaufinger to Zeil: These are the most popular shopping miles

Whether the Mönckebergstraße in Hamburg or the Kö in Düsseldorf? on the big shopping miles in Germany there is almost always bustle. Especially on weekends it can be really tight.

But which street is most popular? That's what the consulting firm Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) asked itself and did a passant count.

Here is the most going on!

JLL counted passers-by on 170 shopping streets in Germany on a Saturday in May. On average, over the Zeil in Frankfurt nearly 15,000 people per hour. This makes the shopping mile in Frankfurt the busiest in Germany.

In second place is the Kaufingerstraße in Munich (14,320) and in third place the Flinger street in Dusseldorf (13,710). Phew, a lot of people! But fortunately, you can already have a leisurely shopping from the sofa.
