Fitness, focus and balance to drink

What is "Inju"?

"Inju" (pronounced "in you") is a kind of natural energy shot. Its inventors, "Bionade" founder Peter Kowalsky and youth footballer Manuel Kirsch, call it "Natural Cell Tonic". The "Personal Trainer from the Rainforest" should help us to release the "potential that lies within us" - so that we feel healthy, attentive and capable.

Which varieties are there?

"Inju" comes in three variations:

Sports - Protect the cells from oxidative stress and support the immune system. You can drink the shot at once or spread it over a period of time.

Focus - should cheer up, take care of inner peace and contribute to mental freshness. You can drink it as needed.

balance - to strengthen the entire organism and support the immune system. The best way to do that, according to the manufacturers, is to take it daily.

What is in it?

Lots of vitamin C from the acerola cherry. The varieties "Focus" and "Sport" also contain pantothenic acid (water-soluble vitamin B5). However, there is also a lot of fruit juice concentrate and sugar in the small bottles. The drinks contain propolis, a bee resin - so are not vegan. It comes from the rainforest. A special procedure from Switzerland should make the active ingredients water-soluble so that our cells can process them directly.

How does it taste?

Good that you should not drink "Inju" primarily because of its taste - because it really is not delicious. After a few seconds you have a strong iron taste in the mouth that persists. Luckily for the variety "Sport" it is not that bad.

It works?

The sample pack was not enough to test the product over a longer period of time - but a dose of "Focus" just before lunchtime came to our liking. The concentration curve actually rose a bit afterwards. That may have been a placebo effect and not a real energy miracle. The "subjects" who tested the products over a long period of time and reported them on the "Inju" website were, of course, almost entirely enthusiastic.

How much does "Inju" cost?

Some: The welcome pack is the cheapest with 41 Euro and contains two bottles "Focus" (100 ml) and three "Sport" (à 30 ml). A 500 ml bottle of "Balance" then costs 69 euros. That goes pretty well into the money, if one drinks the recommended 20 ml daily.

Conclusion: If you like to optimize yourself and have enough spare left over, "Inju" is certainly worth an experiment. But we are content with cheaper variants such as ginger water or apple spritzer.
