The recipe for the Japanese cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 120 g white chocolate
- 120 g cream cheese
Preparation:
- Separate eggs and beat egg whites until stiff.
- Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie and then whisk until creamy with the cream cheese. Stir in the yolks and then bring the egg whites under the mixture.
- Grease Springform and put in the dough. Place the dish on a deep baking tray filled with water and bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for about 15 minutes.
- Then turn the temperature to about 160 ° C and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Now you can turn off the oven and let the cake cool for another 15 minutes. Remove the Japanese cheesecake and allow to cool completely on a wire rack. If you like, you can sprinkle it with icing sugar now.

Preparation:
A great deco variation, which made for the birthday party enthusiasm: Simply dry the peach halves, with the cut side down on a board and spread with the melted chocolate narrow strips on the fruit, so that the peaches look like small bees.
