EMS training: figure tightening without effort

The method originally came from rehab, where patients regain their muscles after surgery or injury. The training is relatively expensive (10-card 299 euros, 2-year membership from 69.90 euros). However, the trial training is already available for 25 euros. At the fitness fair FIBO in 2015 EMS devices of the generation 3.0 were presented. You have a monitor that demonstrates the exercises in real time. The electronic program also allows for more personalized training plans because exercises are grouped according to the training goal and fitness state.
