Downton Abbey: High visit in the first German trailer
After several years of waiting, the fans of "Downton Abbey" finally get supplies. On September 19th, the popular British series will be released in German cinemas. Now Universal Pictures Germany has released the first German-language trailer for the historical spectacle - and it has it all.
For on Downton Abbey, the family seat of the Count and the Countess of Grantham, high attendance announces itself. The King and Queen honor the noble family and their staff. Of course, such an exceptional reception will be well prepared, after all, a royal lunch, a parade and a dinner are to entertain the royals properly. As the short clip, however, already reveals, is apparently synonymous in the movie nothing without a little romance, a few intrigues and British humor.
Author Julian Fellowes (69) continues to tell the story of the series in the cinema. And of course fan favorites like Hugh Bonneville (55), Laura Carmichael (32), Michelle Dockery (37) and Maggie Smith (84) who re-embody their characters.
