Dough goes up on the dough hook - you can do that against it

As soon as the dough is ready and we pull the stirrers out of the bowl again, it is always the same: the dough sticks affectionately to the poles and does not want to let go (not even if we remove the stirrers from the blender and place them several times on the rim) Tap the bowl).

As an optimist, we are now happy: Juhu, licking dough, as formerly as a child with Mama in the kitchen! But the perfectionist in us is annoyed a little too - because that also means: Our cake is getting smaller!

For hard doughs, there is even a bigger problem: while you are cooking, mash and bread doughs tend to be so sticky and clingy that they "climb" the dough hooks and stir bars until they are almost in the blender.

So you can prevent the dough from sticking to the stir bars

But help is approaching, because there is a simple, effective trick against pinned dough on the stirring hook!

If you want to minimize the dough loss, just smear the stirrers of your blender with a little oil! It is best to take vegetable oil, this does not spoil the taste of the dough and is still effective.

Of course, you have to be aware that this eliminates the most beautiful aspect of baking: the pleasurable slurping of the mixer bars! But of course we can still scratch out the bowl ...
