Do we really have to do everything ourselves?

Everyone probably knows this nightmare: One is again a schoolchild, stands lonely at the front of the blackboard and is supposed to solve an unsolvable task. Behind one laugh the classmates sardonic, next to a desperate teacher? Again awake, you are incredibly happy not to be young anymore? to determine during the day that this panic of public failure is part of everyday life today.

It was a slow process. Being my own online banker, I got used to it by now. But I stand there at the latest stupid when I try at the airport, quickly check in at the machine or me at the station itself a ticket with transfers and seat reservation for Besttarif to earn. While behind my back the queue is mutinying and I look around for help, a railway employee is swinging away at a safe distance and patronizing for Montessori kindergarten help for self-help:? Press Cancel? and then just everything from scratch !? Rarely have I felt stupid. At the most, when I at the helpline of O2 crying asked, may someone send me the forced new router connected and configured:? Technician? Oh well, you'll get it, just read it through !? And already one is ashamed: I'm an emancipated and self-reliant woman, everyone else can do that too, as a modern human I MUST! But if you want that at all, it does not even come to mind in the midst of stress. Incidentally, if you make mistakes in learning by doing, you can not blame anyone for thateven, Bad!

Anyway, then I'm just the class idiot. May be that I could learn it? but I do not want to do everything myself. I already have a job; I do not want to sideline as a part-time employee, cashier at Ikea, telecommunications technician, bank employee or bakery saleswoman, while I scan things under supervision, configure my new mobile phone and bake blanks in the supermarket. I would like to get medical advice and sympathy, instead of diagnosing illnesses with the? Ada? -App, such doctor games are unsexy. Stop selling me the service desert Germany as a creative do-it-yourself paradise for self-fulfillment: You only want to save money and jobs, at the expense of my time and nerves.

Yes, I am starting? and preferably in front of a counter with real experts behind it. With whom I clarify all questions and can change a few nice words. Because such all-day micro-contacts make according to a study a great deal of happiness.

Secretly, I dream of gas stations, the incidentally check the tire pressure and wipe the windows. For that I may not get very good in the school of life, but a sufficient one is good enough for me at this point.
