Zara Larsson: These people make life difficult for her

At the age of ten, Zara Larsson (20, "So Good") took part in a talent competition in Sweden and won the hearts of the jury with her cover of "Celine Dion's My Heart Will Go On". Meanwhile, a lot has happened to her: with hits like "Lush Life" (2013) or "Symphony" (2017), she stormed the top of the charts. Recently she returned with her new song "Ruin My Life". A song about people who put a stone in the way. Also for Zara Larsson a well-known topic, as it tells the news agency spot on news in the interview.

"It's about someone who makes life difficult for you, but you can not get rid of this person," says the blonde. "I have already had experience with it - as I think, unfortunately, each of us." Whether similar topics are treated in their new album? "I do not want to tell you anything about that yet, that's my little secret, but in the spring of 2019 you'll know."

Success thanks to social media?

Larsson is a role model for many fans. Her advice, which she would give them on the way, sounds simple: "Just have fun!" And the 20-year-old always has fun. After all, she could already realize her dream as a singer. If you look at the current charts, you will notice that many artists from Scandinavia are in the top 100. What the cause of it might be?

"I think basically people still decide what they like," says Larsson. "You can not impose an artist on anyone, people decide what they want to hear or not." Earlier, the record companies had even more power to market a musician, the blonde tells. "Today we have Twitter, Instagram and Co. to share songs or videos."
