This mother shows how you can combine yoga and kids in a meaningful way

Charity LeBlanc has practiced yoga ever since her son Oakley was born five years ago. Speaking to the US People magazine, she says that she got this sport back in shape after the birth and was a great way to bond with her kids. Even when her daughter Felicity was born two years ago, she did not stop practicing yoga. On the contrary: "Many of the movements involve the core muscles, and after you have had children, your stomach is really stretched, so yoga is perfect for getting the belly back in shape."

For about two years, she has included elements of acrobatic yoga in her fitness plan. And that has perfected her so that she can put her children into the fluid movements. "I did my exercises at home, where my kids surrounded me all the time, so when they got bigger, I got them involved and started to lift them with my feet," she says. Like the kids? the harder the exercises, the better: "We are always excited when we do something we did not expect, and then we look forward to new exercises."
