"The King of Wands": What does the tarot card show?

"The King of Wands," the ruler of the Fire Kingdom in the Tarot Card world, sits with the profile to you as the beholder on his golden throne. He looks into the distance, he checks whether everything is alright in the land of willpower and passion. The crown and the green staff are the insignia of his power. Even the two black lions on the back of the throne reaffirm his royal dignity.

Another attribute of the king is the fire salamander, who looks up on the right hand as a small animal on the base of the throne to the king and on the other hand as a pattern on the throne and the golden cloak of the ruler. In the patterns, the fire salamander bites itself in the tail, forming a closed circle with itself. The "tail-eater" or "self-consumptive", in Greek Ouroboros or Uroboros, is an ancient, already known in Egypt of Tutankhamun image symbol for the cosmic unity and infinity, but also for autarky and transformation processes. Normally, the Ouroboros is not represented as a salamander, but as a snake. But the fire salamander, like the staffs, is in turn a symbol of the element of fire and its blazing, passionate energy. By biting its tail, the salamander brings this highly explosive force of nature under control.

Likewise, the "king of the staffs", who is well aware of his responsible role as father of the state, controls the passion and zest for action that may flare up under his robe in flaming orange. He shows himself calm and directs his zeal in a positive and constructive, fertile green direction.

As a day ticket: If the Tarot picture "King of Wands" stands for you

Wow, this is going to be a power day! Full of commitment and enthusiasm you go to what is currently pending. You tear everyone along and do what is otherwise tough and tedious, elegant in an instant. However, it is important that you, before you start, briefly restrain your zeal and wonder if you use your enormous energy even where it brings you to your most important goals. Because you should use them now for priority. Otherwise, you just bunch around everywhere without plan and make nothing useful from your current form high. Would it be a pity if it goes so wrong, right?
