Swabian cheese sausage salad

Ingredients for 2 servings: 150 g meat sausage 4 gherkins 100 g Gouda 2 lye rolls

From the stock: 1 onion vinegar oil mustard sugar salt pepper

Preparation: 1. Cut meat sausage and gherkins into thin slices, cheese into strips. Remove an onion and dice.

2. Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 3 tablespoons of oil, 1 teaspoon of mustard and 2 tablespoons of water to a salad dressing, add 1 teaspoon of sugar and season with salt and pepper.

3. Mix the sauce with all other ingredients and let the salad soak for at least 30 minutes. It fits lye rolls or pretzels.
