Make curls yourself? Tricky - and really good!
We always dream of corkscrew curls, which turn smooth spaghetti into a wild head adventure and swing happily with every movement! Although the perm is supposed to make a comeback, the permanent curls look is a type change that will probably be considered. If you want to spend a day as a curly head, you can try a very simple but very effective trick. All you need is a straightener and a pencil.
And that is how it works: The hair must first be moistened with a heat protection spray, because the heat strains the hair structure. Then the first strand (yes, this can be a bit tiring depending on the hair volume and take time) to wrap around a pencil and press with a flat iron inch by inch short on the hair. Let cool briefly and pull out the pencil again. The video shows how the mini-cams are made.
Make curls themselves - with these techniques it works well
You can make curls yourself with completely different techniques. The method chooses the desired curl size and shape.
Classic curls in medium size: It works best with Pappiloten. To do this, roll up the damp hair on the foam-wrapped wires and let it dry for at least half an hour (better one). Then carefully loosen and style with a coarse-toothed comb. Who takes a finer brush, achieves a different effect: The hairstyle is a little wilder and voluminous, because the individual hairs are dissolved out of the curl structure. But then the locke usually does not last that long either.
Big curls with the curling iron or the curling tongs: It is always important, before you reach for styling tools that work with heat, to check that the hair is completely dry. Otherwise you will damage your hair structure. You can prepare your hair best by dividing wide strands and spraying with heat spray. Then wind on the curling iron or a curling tongs. Hold for a maximum of ten seconds and carefully pull out the curling iron. For a better grip, wrap the fresh curl around your finger and clasp it so that it does not sag. Finally, gently brush out and fix with hair spray.
Beachwaves style with a straightener: A straightener for curls should be as narrow as possible. Spray the hair with a heat protection product. Then set the straightener on top and screw in slowly. First in one direction, then a little further down in the other direction. This creates a casual wave structure. Gradually lure all the hair.
