Rachel Bilson: "Women should rule the world"

"We have to keep reminding ourselves that we are strong and independent, it is a gift to be a woman, and we should rule the world."

Strong female characters are simply made for Rachel Bilson (36). At first, she convinced as Summer in "O.C., California" and then in her role of Zoe in "Hart of Dixie". Now she plays a detective in the series "Take Two". Speaking to "Cosmopolitan," the actress explained that she felt it was important for her characters to be strong, independent women. She wants to be a good role model for her three-year-old daughter, and she also encourages other women to use their full potential.
