Phew! What should I wear in the heat?

Long enough we have been waiting for the summer? Now it is finally here and with it the summer temperatures. But as beautiful as the sun is, it can become a sweaty affair. A few simple tricks help protect us from the heat:

1. Natural fiber instead of synthetics

Lightweight cotton, silk and linen cool and are breathable. Nylon or polyester absorb sweat and literally stick to the body.

2. Bright colors instead of dark colors

Bright clothes reflect the sun better than dark ones. Dark colors absorb the sun and store the heat. Nevertheless, it is better not to wear light blue or gray, because sweat stains are more visible in these colors.

3. Wide clothes instead of tight cuts

Loose clothing lets the air circulate much better than tight clothing. So rather to wide and airy blouses and skirts grab as the skin-tight jeans.

4. Real jewelery instead of costume jewelery

Jewelry on suntanned skin looks great. But costume jewelery can start by sweat and leave discolorations on the skin. Real jewelry can not harm sweat. In addition, you should do without rings at high heat, because the heat swell the fingers and can press the rings quickly.

5. Sunglasses instead of belt buckle

Belts are not a particularly meaningful summer companion. With a constricted waist little air gets to the body, the heat accumulates all the more. The sunglasses, on the other hand, are an indispensable accessory because they protect the eyes from strong sunlight.

6. Sandals instead of ballerinas

Open shoes are ideal in summer. But even if ballerinas are open, the feet are less aerated in than, for example, in a toe-sandal.

7. Long instead of short

Better to wear longer airy skirts and pants than short ones. It is not for nothing that many people wear long clothing in hot countries. They protect the skin from the sun.

8. Headgear instead of headache

If the sun shines too long on the head, a sunstroke threatens. Straw hats or floppy hats are ideal for protecting the head - they also provide shade in the face.
