If you have bad skin, you can look forward to it now

Of course, those are envied who have a clear and radiant skin. But now all who have suffered from acne may have reason to shine. Because: London's King's College recently published a study that found that impure or acne prone skin ages more slowly. Finally an advantage for those who have been suffering from bad skin since their teenage years.

These were the results of the study

1205 pairs of twins, of whom one quarter suffered once in their lives from an inflamed and impure skin condition, participated in the long-term study. The results are surprising, but extremely enjoyable for anyone suffering from skin problems: Scientists found that the telomeres, which serve as "protective caps of the chromosomes" and thus are responsible for skin aging, are longer in acne patients. As a result, the skin is better protected from wrinkles and stays smooth for longer. The cells are better supplied and the appearance is not as "thin" over the years as with normal skin. For all suffering plagues that's good news!
