Gray's Anatomy: The fifth season
We had to wait for almost 80 episodes. Now, in the fifth season, Christina (Sandra Oh) finally does us the favor and speaks out what we all think: "Shut up, Meredith, I do not want to hear from you and Shepherd!"
Because Meredith (Ellen Pompeo), the eternal doubter, is suddenly no longer sure whether a future with Derek really is the right thing for them. She had built in the last episode of the fourth season unusually romantic a shining candle house for her McDreamy.

The ice-cold Christina
Christina is sorry for the eternal back and forth of her soulmates - and finally tell her the opinion. As soon as these true words are spoken, she slips on the mirror-smooth floor in front of the Seattle Grace and is pierced in the best Gray's Anatomy manner by a huge icicle.
Luckily the rescuer is fast on the spot: Dr. Hunt, who makes a tracheotomy with the coolie and gets his own wounds. Christina is deeply impressed by the dashing military doctor. And the viewer quickly realizes that something is going to happen soon!

Boredom in the emergency room
Chief physician Webber, however, has quite different problems. The Seattle Grace slipped to twelfth in the list of the nation's top teaching hospitals. A disaster, because now the patients stay out.
In the emergency room there is boredom - until a limousine with three bloody ladies in the evening dress moves forward.
The doctors are happy about work. But the fate of the three women and their husbands, who have been killed in a separate limousine, does not leave them cold. Dr. Webber is committed to saving her life. He allows Callie (Sara Ramirez) to try a risky new method and freeze a patient.
Incidentally, Derek is being swayed by his ex-girlfriend Rose, Lexi is trying to hide her feelings for George, Izzie explains Alex to be a "really good man" and Erica and Callie decide that they are still virgins as lesbians.
You can rely on Gray's Anatomy: The fifth season also mixes great feelings with abstruse cases in the hospital, little nasties with real friendship. Wednesday night is saved!
