Whether or not you like a scent is very individual. Are there flavors and aroma oils that everyone loves? So far, only the orange aroma known that it is perceived as pleasant almost worldwide. Everything else depends on the culture and the education, so how to get to know a fragrance.

Why do some aroma oils make headaches? This can happen if the dosage is too high or the aroma oils are stretched with solvents. Our olfactory cells are very sensitive, and too concentrated a fragrance is perceived as unpleasant because it activates the pain nerve trigeminal nerve - this is known for example from menthol, rosemary and eucalyptus. Incidentally, small children are particularly sensitive. A strong fragrance concentration in the room can affect the whole body through the skin and bronchi. First allergies are inevitable.

How to recognize the quality of an oil? When buying, make sure that the essential oils are "100 percent natural" - that is, that the fragrances contain no synthetic and nature-identical colors, fragrances and preservatives.
