Everyone used to say that she could not act. But success proved her right, today no one dares.

However, tips from colleagues have not helped the 33-year-old to achieve her superstar status. On set, Knightley kept hearing that "acting was relaxation," but she could not do anything about it, and it just got more tense. Only with time did she find the necessary serenity.
