Which type of nutrition are you?

Straight to the vote: Which nutrition type are you?

What are we eating about? How much control do we exercise and how much dedication do we allow ourselves? The answers do not only say a lot about our way of eating, but also about our attitude towards life. A new food study, commissioned by, among others, the journal ChroniquesDuVasteMonde, has identified ten different diet types. Do you find yourself again? At the end, vote on which type of diet you are.

1. Mrs. Right

They combine your diet with a morally sophisticated ideology. Organic quality plays a key role in your value system. Curry Sausage & Co are on the Prohibited List. They also signal a certain social status.

2. The naturist

Note: The study has identified another type of diet, the "Wild Boy," which exists only among men. He stages his masculinity and shows it in his nutritional style. His symbol of delights: meat.

Between reason and temptation - where do you find yourself again? Which type of nutrition are you? (Multiple choice possible).

Voting: Which type of nutrition are you?

Nutritional trends - more nature, more knowledge

The study has revealed interesting, sometimes contradictory trends:

  • We want more natural products and we want to know more exactly what we eat. Natural, original products are trendy. We long for a perfect world for which these foods stand.
  • At the same time, we want to know more about our diet, for example, what exactly is in our food. We are increasingly critical and want to control what ends up on our plate. We pay attention to scientific statements about products and quality seals. This gives us the feeling of getting at least part of this world under control.
  • Nevertheless, we want to indulge in pleasurable eating. We want to enjoy and listen not only to our heads, but also to our guts. Instead of disciplining ourselves, we want to savor life.
  • We are increasingly looking for culinary refinements and try to feed us especially cultured. We buy stylish gourmet products that stand out from everyday life.
