Wanderlust: We've never been to New York and you like that?

Let's face it: autumn is here. Between all the golden leaves, hollowed-out pumpkins and crafted chestnut animals, wanderlust often occurs on cold and wet days. Vitamin Sea has to come here, especially after this weird summer in Germany. While some refuel in the Canary Islands during the fall holidays, others prefer to save on their long-distance dream trip.

Flying over the Grand Canyon in California

Ever since I worked as a student for eight weeks in a movie production company, I wanted to go to California. Because I saw 12 hours of video every day, covering the most beautiful sunsets in San Diego, the favorite food of the bears in the national parks, and the best chowder in San Francisco. I dream of flying over the Grand Canyon once by helicopter. In recent years, we have always had too little money or too little time for a holiday that lasts more than two weeks. However, next April, we have just booked the flight to Los Angeles. I'm really looking forward to it.

Yoga in Thailand

I admit it, I have a little? Eat, Pray, Love? in me, only that I do not like Julia Roberts in the movie to Bali, but rather to Thailand. I love Thai food and everyone who has been there say it is so incredibly cheap. A huge Pad Thai for 70 cents, an overnight stay for 3 euros and also the domestic flights are for the price. And a few yoga classes, preferably with a sea view on Koh Lanta. That would be so nice. Of course I'm a bit scared of being attacked too, but I notice my desire getting louder and louder. If only I had not so many obligations. Hach, I'm about to start a battle plan, as I organize everything so that I can take the time out.

Breathe thin air on Mount Kilimanjaro

I love hiking. That's why there is no holiday without me. And no matter where I am: Every time I meet fellow migrants, who are swarming with me from Mount Kilimanjaro. Well, what does this rave about. They tell me how they got down to get up to 5895 meters. Reports of lack of sleep, headache, sometimes also Kotzerei. And even if that does not sound like doing this voluntarily, Kilimanjaro has become a life's goal for me. A place I do not want to miss. At some point, in the coming years, I also want to put my head in the clouds, while breathing the thin air and swearing duly. And then I walk happily home and tell everyone who walks me over, my hero story.

Get to know dolphins in Florida

My husband and I have spent money since our getting to know each other to make a great trip with the kids someday. Where we should go, we were not so determined. We sat down together with the children last year and collected everything we long for. I wanted sun and warmth in the winter, my husband wanted to go to America (because he was never there). And our three-year-old showed with an enthusiastic "DAHIN !? on an Ikea image of the Caribbean on our living room wall. Our daughter had a very clear wish: Once? Winter and Hope? get to know two dolphins that live in Florida and about whom she has seen a movie. It's almost a miracle, but it fits perfectly: sun, heat, Caribbean, America, winter and Hope? everything in one place. This winter is here. We will spend a whole month in Florida and our yearning gets bigger every day.

Drinking tea in Japan

Japanese culture fascinates me endlessly. From design to food to the arts? I just love everything. Join a tea ceremony, attend acrobatics shows and explore botanical gardens, that's my dream. And then these old Japanese grandmasters with their long beards and serenity? I would like to have experienced that.

Experience Indian Summer in Canada

I would like to go to Canada once in my life. Why? Because there are 22 whale species alone, for example, of which I would like to see at least two, three times live. Because the Indian Summer has to be a dream there. Because it should have the greatest national parks in the world. Quite apart from the cosmopolitan, friendly people, all of whom tell. And because I've been wanting that for so long, it's finally time for next year. I am already quite euphoric.
