Tomato variety: Cherry tomatoes

Cherry tomatoes look so pretty that you want to decorate the table with it. Stewed in a little olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper, they make a delicious side dish.

Tomato variety: Salad or beef tomatoes

Green tomatoes are immature tomatoes and need a bit of attention. They taste best as jam or baked on tartes. Preferably do not eat raw, they contain solanine, which is toxic in large quantities. Cooking does not destroy Solanin, but reduces it.

Beefsteak tomatoes Consider the capricious among the tomatoes: beautiful, rather expensive and very delicate. Simply enjoy with sea salt and good olive oil - or serve some fine buffalo mozzarella.
