Mr. Wlaschiha, your character Max Schenkel from the second season "Jack Ryan" is presented as a "mysterious foreigner". Has that become a bit of a showpiece since "Game of Thrones"?

Tom Wlaschiha: Foreigners I am undisputed, and mysterious sounds always good. But that was it with the similarities of the two roles. A good figure in a movie always has a secret, which makes it exciting for the audience.

Have you had anything to do with the novel before, or is the "Jack Ryan" universe completely new to you?

Wlaschiha: I know some of the films, but I have not read the books yet. The stories have a very international flair, always playing in different countries and continents. That's the attraction for me.

How did you experience John Krasinski on set for "Jack Ryan"? Is it possible to have a beer after work with him?

Wlashiha: John has become quite rightly one of the most sought after actors in America in recent years. He plays, writes, produces and directs his own films and has remained very close. The shooting with him are great fun and even a drink after shooting is always in it.

Is there a series that you as a viewer just can not get enough of?

Wlaschiha: My favorite show right now is "Ozark", there are lots of weird characters and the story is great.
